The book goes into a deep dive into how your body uses various nutrients. It is more comprehensive than any other “diet” book that I have read. Sure, the intuitive macronutrient focused plan that adds food rather than restricting it is nothing new. However, having all the underlying anatomy explained so clearly is. If you are trying to lose some weight, or just eat healthier, The Hunger Crushing Combo Method will explain both why you should and how each type of food works within your body to accomplish your goals. Overall, if you can stand a bit of science, this book is a great choice to really solidify your healthy eating resolutions. 5 stars!
