The less you know going into this book the better. However, I do believe the story will hit much more effectively to those readers firmly in middle age or beyond. But this story of people willing to put their bodies and minds at risk for the fountain of youth is truly scary and the conclusion does not disappoint.
The Dorians is highly recommended for fans of science adjacent horror similar to Jurassic Park and Frankenstein. 5 stars!
