Are you ready to make a big change in your life starting today? To reach your full potential? To be happier? Then slow your roll…Your Big Leap Year is intended to be used over the course of a full year.
Some people are not ready to implement such a major change in their thoughts quickly. Or they may not have more than about 10 minutes per day to devote to change. For those people, this book is perfect. It breaks down the author’s previous self-help book, The Big Leap, into daily tasks.
The big leap is to realize the skill you are best at, release any hidden threats to your success, and achieve your genius level. Most of the daily tasks can be done by reading a ten-minute instruction and then thinking when you have a minute or two during the day. None of these tasks are earthshakingly new. But they are presented in a logical order. I believe your life will improve if you do the 366 daily tasks listed in the book. The hardest part will be not reading ahead (at least that was my most difficult challenge).
So, you have a choice: read this book, Your Big Leap Year, and make daily improvements to your mindset, or read The Big Leap and try to make a quick change to your life. Both are valid approaches. Good luck on your journey. 4 stars.
