Four sixty-something couples are best friends. After the families get involved together in a bad investment, the four wives see their comfortable retirement dreams float away. The Retirement Plan is a great comic caper reminiscent of 1930s screw ball comedies. It is such fun to follow the unexpected twists and turns of the plot. This book is highly recommended for anyone looking to forget about tariffs and foreign wars for a while. 5 stars!
