My Review
Vince Ramsey is a forensic expert and a Ritual Investigator in Israel. He is called in to investigate a mass murder in Masada. A dozen townspeople were viciously mauled to death. The location was also the site of a similar scene two thousand years previously. Did the death have a religious connection with the defunct gnostic Christian group, the Basilideans? How does the old amulet found by Vince at the scene relate to the current murders? Vince gets the help of a member of the Israeli Museum Collections Department, April Fulton. Together, they pursue clues leading to dark secrets and hidden history.
Realm of the Unknown is an exciting thrill ride through Europe and history at an equally fast pace. If you loved the DaVinci Code, you will also love this engrossing novel. 4 stars!

After a mass murder in Israel, a renowned investigator from the Ministry—Vince Ramsey—is called in. Some experts at the scene believe only something supernatural could be responsible for such an atrocity. Ramsey finds an artifact that leads him to the Antiquities Authority. There, he teams up with historical specialist April Fulton. Together they learn the artifact is linked to an ancient secret society founded by a famous Greek philosopher. Only it’s much more sinister than they could have ever imagined. Being hunted down at every turn of their journey by ruthless assassins, they race to discover the truth—and finally encounter the diabolical villain controlling a powerful force only spoken about in the Book of Revelation.
