A wife hiding a shocking secret. A husband who wants to leave, but can’t. A son who believes he is a wolf being raised by bears. A homeless woman living, undetected, in The Wrong Family’s house. Can she unmask the family’s mystery?
Yum, I ate up this intriguing domestic suspense tale like pie! The less you know about the plot the better. Just trying to figure out what is going on is a challenge. All throughout, the book has a pulsating feeling of dread. Something bad is going to happen, you just know it. I usually like my thrillers fast-paced. But this one just creeps under your skin propelling you to read it in a single sitting.
I loved this creepy little tale where both good and evil are hidden under completely different personas. I highly recommend The Wrong Family for mystery/thriller readers. 5 stars and a favorite! Just pray that no one is lurking in your closet or under your house…
Thanks to Graydon House, Harlequin Books and NetGalley for a copy in exchange for my honest review.
