Posture Power

If you are young, Posture Power has some good tips and exercises to improve your posture. However, if you are older than fifty, the author acts like it is too late for you. Sure, I should have exercised more when I was younger, or at least moved around more. But I find it hard to believe that there is nothing I can do now to improve my posture. There are a few exercises included but nothing particularly original.

Overall, Posture Power is best for early middle age or younger readers. 2 stars for me.
