The Forever Strong PLAYBOOK is a companion to the original bestseller, Forever Strong. After reading this book without reading the first one, I can honestly say, don’t do it in that order. While I could see the plan structure, I really didn’t understand the reasoning behind it. The book seemed to jump around a lot, skipping parts that I assumed were described in detail in the first book. Overall, I would only recommend this book to readers and fans of the original Forever Strong. 3 stars.
