In The 22 Murders of Madison May, Madison is indeed murdered multiple times across multiple universes by the same man, Clay. Reporter Felicity is chasing down Clay in her home universe when she also hops with Clay to the next one. Can she save Madison from Clay’s clutches? And who is the mysterious other man who also appears to be following Clay?
This book works as a mystery set in a science fiction setting. As a mystery fan, I enjoyed its unique premise. However, I’m not sure there is enough detailed worldbuilding for a science fiction fan. I enjoyed it though so 4 stars.
