Scrumptious from the Girl Who Ate Everything

Feel like eating something comforting but quick and easy to make? Trying to feed a crowd without breaking your wallet or missing the kick-off? Look no further than Scrumptious from the Girl Who Ate Everything, a cookbook for those who like to eat more than to cook.

From one-pan dinners to low-carb favorites to something sweet, many yummy meals are 30 minutes or less from start to table. Some of the recipes are familiar comfort food made easier: Creamy Chicken Soup, Cheeseburger Sliders and Chicken Fried Rice. Others are new: Sheet Pan Pancakes, Egg Salad BLT (using a chuffle) and Cuban Sandwich Dip.

All the recipes include a color photo, which is helpful. The low-carb chapter includes net carbs per serving. Unfortunately, no other nutritional information including allergens is included. Still, the 101 recipes in Scrumptious from the Girl Who Ate Everything do look tasty. 4 stars!
