A Reunion to Die For is yet another example of why you never want to go to a high school reunion. Especially if something horrendous happened at prom.
This book starts out promising but quickly slows down the pace with two timelines and multiple perspectives. By the time the twists arrived, I just wanted the book to end and really didn’t care what happened to the characters.
A Reunion to Die For is best enjoyed by literary fiction readers that enjoy a slower paced book. For this thriller and mystery fan, it was not an enjoyable read. 2 disappointed stars. I recommend the author’s much better book, Seven Reasons to Murder Your Dinner Guests instead, which I loved and highly recommend.
Thanks to NetGalley and Sourcebooks Landmark for providing me with an advanced review copy.
