The Midnight Knock

The Midnight Knock

Seven people on the run from the police, a Mexican drug cartel, and/or the local human trafficker stop at a small motel in the desolate Texas desert. They are in for the longest night of their life in The Midnight Knock, a new paranormal thriller/locked room mystery genre mashup.

Are you ready for some sleepless nights spent reading this compelling and surprisingly different thriller?  There are mysteries surrounding all the people within the Brake Inn Motel. There are also the secrets of both the motel and the nearby mountain to solve. But be prepared for some confusion as the book repeats many scenes from more than one character’s point of view. There are also a lot of characters to keep straight as more and more characters appear at the motel and in its resident’s backstories. The conclusion of The Midnight Knock is well worth traversing the issues though. 4 stars!
