Michael Quinn is forced by a vicious storm to stay overnight in the Paradise Motor Court in rural central California. He meets an old friend and Trouble.
It is amazing how the author can fit so much plot into a single short story without sacrificing atmosphere, dialog or characterization. I cannot think of a single thing I would change.
Paradise is highly recommended for thriller lovers who want an hour of rip-roaring entertainment. 5 stars!
