The book doesn’t waste a thing. Who knew that the water in a can of chickpeas had a name? Aguafaba. The Beet Hummus was innovative and tasty too!
I did feel that there wasn’t much meal prep advice in the Everything Plant-based Meal Prep Cookbook. Plus the recipes were mostly not for items that can be eaten in different forms (like a stew that can be used in a burrito later) as I’ve seen in other prep books. Plus there was a distinct lack of pictures. But the recipes sound delicious so 4 stars for them!
