Tara, the golden retriever, has found another body in Best in Snow.
The mayor is found buried in snow. The police quickly arrest a suspect, a reporter who got fired for a false story he wrote about the mayor. Andy, a defense attorney who just wants to retire, is coerced onto the case. The evidence is unbelievably against Andy’s client. Can he along with his ragtag crew find the true murderer?
This entry into the series has the same witty but dry humor I now expect. The mystery strays into local government politics but is challenging to solve. Best in Snow is another great humorous legal mystery set during the holidays. 4.5 stars!
